If for any reason, you are not satisfied with an item, simply contact us via our feedback form within 7 days of delivery of your order. We do not except return of loose leaf tea, except unopened, unsealed tea package. QV Life is not responsible for the returns based on personal preference or non-quality related issues. We will then gladly exchange your order, give you a merchandise credit or refund the order upon receiving the complete product back to us. Via our contact form, please indicate the reason for the return and whether you would like a replacement, a merchandise credit or a refund. Depending on the reason for the return, you may be responsible for the returned shipping costs. Such inquiries must be made within 7 days of receipt of your order.
We will refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our own error. Broken goods or delivery delays can only be the carrier's responsibility.
